So, no magistrate judge signed off? The DOJ can’t approve a criminal warrant. That requires the approval of an actual judge. I’d love to see the signature on the bottom of the warrant.

Dave Foley and most of the rest of the Kids in the Hall guys have always looked really good as women. I think part of it is they don’t try to man it up, they actually mimic the body movements and body language of women quite well (esp for the 90’s). And actually do their hair/makeup well.
