I dug up a bunch of old book covers I re-created using HTML and Tachyons (CSS utility library that pre-dates Tailwind by 3 years) and converted them to run on my site today. Lot of fun seeing these almost 10 year-old creations running in my own framework. dakroub.co/log/book-cov...

The killer feature of PWAs is not that they update automatically or they’re cross-platform. The absolute killer feature of PWAs is that they can be freely distributed without any app store dependency No risk that one party can kill your distribution and end your business. That’s a killer feature.

The template system in transclude has four things in it: ${} interpolation, an if attribute, an each attribute, and <slot>. else-if, else and key round out the first two. That is deliberate. Load data in <script server> instead. transclude.dev/docs/routing #WebDevelopment #WebStandards #HTML

Can definitely attest to all of the points made in the video. We are simply not meant to consume this much information, sit in one place and glue our eyes to a screen for so long. Digital dementia may not be a medical term yet, but it is real and AI usage left unchecked is only making it worse.
