If you've worked with me, you know I am 100% for using "we" and "us" instead of "I" or "me"... but let me tell you, at a corporate level, it may cost you more than you gain: managers used it against me in end-of-year reviews time and time again, and many coworkers mistook it for hesitation or doubt.
