He also uses pseudohistorical/pseudoarchaeological things to promote his "health" and "wellness" content, such as using Tartaria to promote eating raw meat. Apparently Tartarians used to ride around with their snacking raw meat (he says beef tartare = beef Tartaria) in their saddlebags 🤦‍♀️

Hey, I’m just asking questions. Ignorant questions, bigoted questions, questions that have been repeatedly answered for many years. Sorry, but I’m not listening to answers right now; I’m far too busy asking questions. It’s called being intellectually curious.

As someone interested in pseudoarch uses of archaeological prospection & geophysics tools, it has been interesting watching the social media push from the Noahs Ark Scans project as they try to spin a new narrative 🤔 (they found nothing but need people to believe that's part of finding something).

Throwback to when I got so annoyed at the destruction of a shed (and of misuse of my friends) I co-authored a whole article about the contemporary archaeology of dig houses: doi.org/10.1558/jca....
A decrepit shed next to two more recently built structures and a firepit. The vegetation is brown and there are big agricultural fields behind the structure. It's the notorious "chicken shed," a building that was torn down at Catalhoyuk.

"Rachel Grant has done it again! False Flag, which pulses with emotion and action, is a feminist thriller, a dangerous romance, and a fascinating deep dive into the political and cultural aspects of archeology that few of us have considered. A brave archeologist determined to fight disinformation paired up with a Navy SEAL hoping to prove himself worthy? What more could we ask for? Many of the attacks on US science are going to be copy/pasted elsewhere. Instead of poaching early career scientists from the US via increased investment, there's a real possibility Canada nukes its own research too. Canadians need to protect research, as the consequences of not doing so are dire.

I'm slowly working on all the post-field work from August. Of everything we uncovered, perhaps the most unexpected and surprising finds were related to the floor. Apparently the Ascended Masters requested that the physical manifestation of the Great White Lodge include linoleum floors. 🏺
Three small fragments of linoleum flooring with a pattern suggesting parts were white or grey and bordered by thick yellow lines, on the other side of which were dark blue parts with lighter blue splotches that may be floral shapes. It's hard to tell on such small pieces. The same fragments, but the two larger pieces are placed together to show how the yellow line separated the white and blue patterns.
