True. Still, people should make an effort to stop centring men. And that includes language. Man is not default, and should not be treated as such. But it is socially. That's why Dude is considered "Neutral" but Babe is not. Because men are considered default and thus; masculine terms are "Neutral"

There are many reasons I bounced off Fallout 3, but the last straw was when I walked through a courtyard & stepped on one of the scattered litter. An NPC (who had no intentions of cleaning up the garbage) chided me "hey, watch where you're" and the game crashed to desktop.

I guess you could call this... lost media?
