Never been a big comic guy but last year I read most of the Star Wars stuff set between ANH & ESB (main SW run, Darth Vader, Doctor Aphra) and got hooked. Now starting the post ESB books - I’ve heard good things about the War of the Bounty Hunters crossover so looking forward to that

This would be uniquely interesting for me. Due to moving around a bit as a kid, the Suns and Twins are my two favorites pro sports teams despite being on opposite sides of the country. Mat Ishbia hasn't been shy about spending money on the Suns, hopefully they'd take the same approach with the Twins

Was thinking about this as I watched a TV ad for the Google Pixel phone and it’s AI companion/chat/assistant thing, which claims to be able to talk about anything, give answers, and give advice. If we don’t get rid of AI, humanity is well and truly hosed.

If there’s one person I’ll never understand, it’s Rowling. If I had written an all time banger classic series for kids and made a Billion dollars doing it, you’d find my ass in children’s hospitals and hosting writers retreats for adults I’d inspired to write as kids, not hurting them.
