The Google AI results at the top of searches are so pointless. We have a resource (the internet!) that knows everything, and instead of going to the source, it's like you asked your stupid cousin who is trying to recall the information from a podcast he heard last week.

Andor with the insight.

Four panel meme from Andor where Karis is saying to Cassian: “So much going on, so much to say, and all of it happening so quickly. The pace of repression outstrips our ability to understand it. And that is the real trick of the Imperial Thought Machine. It’s easier to hide behind 40 atrocities than a single incident.”

No shade to The Beatles, but I am of the opinion that this is the superior version of this song

Just finished this short and not-so-sweet murderfest. I'm still relatively new to the horror genre, but I feel like it's pretty rare that you find yourself rooting for the ones doing all the killing! Get your copy here: bookshop.org/p/books/guil... @delilahsdawson.bsky.social #booksky #horror

I'm only a couple chapters in so far but I think I'm gonna like it. He injects a lot of humor and sass to keep it interesting. And he pulls no punches in regard to how much of what we've been taught is twisted at best if not outright lies

I'm only a couple chapters in so far, but I already see what you mean. I particularly enjoy how sassy some of the footnotes are!

One of my goals for the year is to sprinkle a bit of non-fiction in with my usual genre-fiction slate. Seeing as it’s now February, I thought I’d start with this one by @michaelharriot.bsky.social #blackhistorymonth #booksky

FTR, this isn't meant to disparage the drive-thru workers. It's a thankless, stressful, and horrendously underpaid job. I just find it humorous that this happens every single time!

As a lifelong, casual, fair-weather Vikings fan, I try to never get my hopes up to high, but this year's team has been super fun to watch and I'm excited/nervous for this HUGE game. But no matter what happens from hear on out, it's been a great season! #vikings

110

Craig Russell @craigfrussell.com · 05/01/2025

Yeah, I read all of phase 1 last year including the comics, that’s kinda what got interested in checking out other comics

110

Craig Russell @craigfrussell.com · 05/01/2025

Never been a big comic guy but last year I read most of the Star Wars stuff set between ANH & ESB (main SW run, Darth Vader, Doctor Aphra) and got hooked. Now starting the post ESB books - I’ve heard good things about the War of the Bounty Hunters crossover so looking forward to that
