Yeah, I agree. The only time I ever use the Japanese title of an anime is when I am speaking Japanese (usually to my teacher to complain about some whacky informal language structure in the anime). (Some of course don't have English titles, like one of my all-time favourites, SHIROBAKO).

Basically using LLMs and agentic ai is a massive security risk and no one should do so basically ever and these companies should be prosecuted for hacking. Also two-party consent should extend to all electronic communications.

Problem is, unlike NFTs or other scams, is that governments will prop these criminal enterprises up regardless of the cost, so I wouldn’t expect the bubble to burst soon. If at all, sadly. Modern life is rubbish.

I’d go further and say that’s just a fact, not conjecture. SF has been struggling for years. Horror is in one of its cyclical upswings. Fantasy tops the bestseller charts and can get 7-8 figure deals.
