Back when the internet was so many sites, I remember downloading so many different applications from TuDragons, an AD&D focused TuCows-style site for various generative tools that did all of the random chart stuff and consolidated it for you. City Generation, trials, treasure... I never played AD&D

Played the Travelling at Night demo by Weather Factory and enjoyed it as my first Secret Histories type game. Atmosphere and art design and music were very nice and left me wanting more. Learning game lore rewards you mechanically but they DO trap you in a VERY deep wiki dive VERY early on
