Nice one @comparesoftware.bsky.social ! I highly recommend reading Joe's book - it's plain speaking (unlike most of the healthcare tech literature) and it's essential reading whether you're a startup CEO or a CCIO or just curious as to how we could have made so little progress for so much money.
