No. 34 #TroikaRPG (& "Marrow" prompt for #MÖRKTOBER ) shows a baby Green-skin being born as if eruption from an enormous, rip birthing marrow high on the forested slopes of the Carmine Palisades

A pointy eared, sharp toothed, baby green-skin emerges from an enormous knobbly marrow, which serves as its birthing pod. They must loose themselves from a tangle of red fleshy pulp. Inspired by my Troika RPG project ... but also the prompt "Marrow" for 2026 #MÖRKTOBER

No. 33 #TroikaRPG (& "Glyph" for #MÖRKTOBER ) shows a talented but treacherous magical apprentice (who may have caved his masters head in) attempting to cast a spell. He is all bells & whistles, while true mastery of the arts can be a subtler affair.

A man in black alb (marked with a ward to defend against the evil-eye), waves a wand in the air to describe a magical glyph for some spell while his other hands manipulates the Aetherick fabric itself. His pointed hat is blown back off his head in the initial release of pent up magical forces. A satchel containing his masters most forbidden spells hangs from one shoulder. Inspired by my Troika RPG project. Also for #MÖRKTOBER where the prompt is "glyph".

No. 32 #TroikaRPG the Disassembled Prince. After failing to dethrone the King of the Elves, Prince Lhoris has been cursed. His seperated living organs & limbs are strewn across an isolated glade in the Carmine Palisades where his head lolls conscious & utterly bored. Also #Mörktober prompt 2 "curse"

A handsome face under a mop of curly hair. The eyes are open and judging you. This head is connected to lungs. Nearby, in the grass, sits a vibrantly red heart and liver. Inspired by my Troika RPG project.

No. 31 #TroikaRPG sketch is a Goat Knight, who traverses the mountain passes performing knightly deeds, on the basis that every deed a knight performs is, by definition, knightly, without having to worry about inconvenient concepts like "good" or "bad". Also serves as a prompt from #Mörktober.

A knight with a lance, metal helmet, red tunic & shield depicting the emblem of the Carmine Palisades rides towards the viewer. They sit astride an enormous horned goat. It's massive. Like, stupid big. Inspired by my current Troika RPG project.

No. 30 #TroikaRPG phone sketches is a giant tusked boar and its green skinned keeper out tracking truffles. Is the Boar gigantic or is the green skin diminutive ... six of one & half-a-dozen of the other.

The label reads "Greenskin with Boar - Truffle Trackers" ... an enormous Boar the same height as its keeper, wearing a collar & leash walks beside its keeper who directs it with a long stick. The keeper hears a hat with a feather in its brim. Inspired by my current Troika RPG project.

No. 29 #TroikaRPG inspired sketch is a Fugitive War-Criminal ... on the run in the Crimson Palisades after fleeing the carnage they've committed in one of the many balkanised mountain valley statelets.

The label reads "Fugitive War Criminal". A man (their face covered in bandages) wearing a black coat with shoulder capes and a tall shako cap with white & red feathered plume (with a skull crest), holds out a pike or spear at some unseen adversary. The bladed tip is covered in blood. And the man's right side is peppered with red arterial spray. Inspired by my Troika RPG project.

No 28 #TroikaRPG sketch is a Knavish Carrion ... a psychic vulture that trys to trick mountain travellers into endangering their lives ... & sometimes "accidently" carries off outdoor sleepers. Of course, it lets them go once it realises they were sleeping & not dead. From a great height.

A huge vulture type creature, with an enormous cranium, carries a slumped human clasped in its claws. The human dangles from their shoulders. They wear long red stocking. Inspired by my Troika RPG project.

No. 25 #TroikaRPG inspired scribbling ... a trio of Saline Homonculi (or "Salt-Peters") who have infested the salt mine owned by the Marquess de Tocktick.

Three diminutive homonculi with poorly defined (or carved) features mess around with a pick-axe as big as all three combined. Each wears a red bangle on which is carved their animating spell (in place of a soul). Inspiredby mu current Troika RPG project.
