I would love to know what poll on Earth 2 the GOP & the Collins campaign are using in this fundraising email to suggest Collins and Ossoff are « neck-and-neck ».
A fundraising email from Mike Collins with the subject line « Ossoff’s California friends are panicking » and a bar graph showing Ossoff and Collins both a hair under 50% (no poll in the real world has had them this close).

🚨LEAKED AUDIO: Mike Collins insists gas prices are “coming down fast.” Then he says they’ll drop “on November 5th” — after Election Day. Why? In his own words: “It’s politics. It’s political.” Collins is too gutless to put the blame where it belongs — on Trump’s failed policies.

Sometimes a triage is obvious. Other times it is more subtle. But it's still a triage nonetheless. And right now, #GASen and #NCSen are officially being triaged by Republicans. Remarkable.
Are Republicans scaling back in Ga. and N.C.?

Republicans insist publicly that the Senate races in North Carolina and Georgia are still highly competitive.
Their TV reservations may tell a different story.
According to AdImpact, the NRSC is running coordinated TV ads with several GOP Senate campaigns in Ohio, Maine, Alaska, Iowa, Michigan and New Hampshire.
It isn’t running any with Michael Whatley, the GOP’s Senate nominee in North Carolina, or Republican Rep. Mike Collins, the nominee in Georgia.
President Donald Trump’s allied super PAC appears to be winding down in both races, too. No Going Back PAC has no TV ads planned in North Carolina next week and is on track to spend less than $90,000 on air in Georgia, according to AdImpact. This could change, we’ll note.
Planned GOP spending in North Carolina took a big hit last week when Old North Action, a pro-Whatley super PAC, cut $6.5 million from its buy. But the Senate Leadership Fund is still spending big in both races and can help make up some of the difference with $50 million planned in North Carolina and $26 million reserved in Georgia.
The GOP’s main issue is their candidates need as much help as possible. Democratic candidates are flush with cash and far outpacing their rivals. In Georgia, Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.) booked more than $46 million in ads from August through Election Day. Collins has booked $1.6 million.
In North Carolina, former Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper booked $25 million. Overall GOP spending in the race dropped from $9.3 million the week of Sept. 15 to $4.3 million this week.
Triage time? Republicans have more money to spend this cycle than ever before. But Senate races are expensive, and the battleground is moving deeper into red territory. As Republicans start pouring money into Texas, Iowa and Alaska, it may make less sense to sink resources into Georgia and North Carolina, where Democrats have built big polling leads.
