Don’t get me wrong, box office is important and I too wish this movie was doing better. But given just how much love and passion it clearly has and how culturally significant it is, I think it’ll stand the test of of time far better than the likes of Toy Story 17 or Mario References: The Movie.

#7 - girl/guy. (I bought a compact fountain pen and I suck at using it. How the heck did/do manga artists use these things???) #art

Also I thought I was safe from smudging with this fountain pen but noooooooo. 🫩

Perfect example of a romance anime that is not only charming and funny, but with a lot of heart as well. You know it's a great romantic comedy when you also root for the side characters to get together as well. You and I are Polar Opposites Season 2 gets a 9/10.

#6 - fox. (Originally wanted to do flowers but was struggling until I went with ol reliable Naruto oc that basically has nothing to do with a fox lol.) #art

Found out this specific muji pen is fast drying so there was barely any smudging yay. But it also felt like I was drawing on sandpaper it was not smooth. But I’ll take that over smudging.

Haven’t decided if I should hate my markers or hate the paper for the dookie look of the colors. Prob the paper. But too late to use something else!

I actually really love this one a lot and I always love your work. The color red in the eyes really makes them stand out and the chaos of the pen strokes on the jacket kinda adds to it. Like tagging in a hurry to not get caught.

RE: A certain art trend that may or may not be organic given December. Two series have done it, and they're leagues better than TERF Queen's take. Just make original characters of the archetype, don't give the HP character any credit on this.

Diana Cavendish from My Little Witch Academia. She's seen in her witch hat & robes from a bottom-up angle with arms crossed and a stern expession.

Amity Blight from The Owl House. She is also shown with arms crossed & a stern expession, but this still is from a front camera-facing position.

This is unfortunately 'cause this probably came from the EN dub, & in all TV shows (not just anime), when you're closed captioning an EN show, you are not translating. Closed caption editors are not translators. If a foreign language pops up, they're instructed to say [speaking in foreign language].

Ignore the fact her hands are giant. And ignore all the other mistakes.

This angle really doesn’t help her already large hands. Also despite letting the ink try to dry for an hour, areas still smudged!!!!!!! 🔫
