Dubious developers are trying pressure the NPS into building a road THROUGH Yosemite to connect their mostly undeveloped $4mil ranch property (surrounded public lands) to HWY 120 in Yosemite. Why is it a terrible idea? 1/n www.sfgate.com/national-par...

Motherfuckers! We now have a pretty good idea of what the final "target" for National Science Foundation grants this year is, and it matches Trump's budget with a 50% that was rejected instead of the congressionally approved one. Source link: grantwitness.org/funding_curv...
The funding curves for the National Science foundation geosciences directorate from 2021 to 2026. The 2026 curve has now done it's end of fiscal year flattening it does every year and is looking to come in at about 656-ish grants. Basically 1/2 of the pre-Trump numbers, exactly in line with his budget instead of the congressionally authorized one.
