Oxi-clean does what you’re wishing bleach would do (remove stains, brighten whites). bleach for laundry care not recommended much by experts any more, too damaging to fabric and not actually that effective at removing stains.

When you have ADHD you learn pretty quickly that routines can't be maintained all the time. That sometimes you are going to drop the ball. I think the biggest coping mechanisms I have learned is not to punish myself for that but to get back to the routine.
