Yeah. In context it's clear he was trying to say "Gas prices are up, but w/o my war the israelis could develop a nuclear weapon that could take out LA or San Diego, so 50% more for gas is a small price to pay." Didn’t help that the audience cheered the thought of LA/SD getting melted, though.
