9th Platoon, 3rd Squad complete and ready to join the ranks under Watchmaster Hallerton. I painted this squad in two batches of five and it worked well - didn't burn out on them and finished just in advance of my end of September deadline.

I need a bunker/pillbox for a #xenosrampant scenario so slapped some texture on a £3 wooden box from The Works and knocked this up in an hour or so using a sponge for the two shades of grey. Proper old school approach to making terrain.

Had a little experiment with these AK Play Markers and can definitely see the appeal! This model painted with them except the red and pale sand and an Agrax wash Lots of uses I reckon for both casual and more experienced mini painters. The black one is good for rimming bases. #WarhammerCommunity
