It’s so interesting to see these urgent exhortations to reestablish decorum. I have not seen evidence of a “coarsening” of American society. If anything, the opposite: I’ve seen thousands of individuals asserting their humanity and protesting the indignity of the system UHC profits from.

What is common knowledge in your field but shocks outsiders? We don't all have the same number of bones or muscles. There's an average, I guess. We all kind of cluster around it. Some muscles are pretty rare. Some people just invent their own artisanal bones.

Baby girl is switching meds to generic remicade starting the 30th. I really hope it helps with the new Crohn’s ulcers. I just want to her be okay. And the cat is on a month of steroids and antibiotics - either an infection or IBD is causing her liver enzymes to be high.
