This is sexual violence as a form of terrorism. It is political violence and it is chilling and horrific, and AOC was absolutely right to be terrified that the goons (now pardoned) laying siege to the capital would rape her if they found her. Small changes won't fix this. FLIP THE TABLE NOW

"In nearly all the cases Alito cites as examples of religious animus, the court ultimately sided with the religiously affiliated parties over their opponents." How do they not bother to note that all the cases involve *Christian* parties? It's not religious liberty, it's Christian supremacy.

Trump's response to the decline of his "movement" is to be more casually and ostentatiously evil, and even to invite the nuking of "Democrat" cities--laden with the immigrant and non-white Americans Trump and his followers identify as their true enemies. No wonder most Americans are recoiling.

A hallmark of democratic backsliding is government leaders stealing from taxpayers and using public funds to try to get themselves electoral advantages. Backsliding countries keep the form of elections, but corrupt leaders render them no longer free and fair by putting a state thumb on the scale.

Proof beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump and Co. conducted a criminal conspiracy to defraud the United States out of its presidential election — ie attempted an autogolpe, or "self-coup" — was in the public record. The facts and the law were never in question. Only if America would follow them.
