I've lost about 40 pounds with GLP-1 drugs so far (about 30 to go) after losing 60 pounds the "right" way and then plateauing. Shaming people for losing weight "the wrong way" is stupid and harmful. There is almost NOTHING more harmful to a body than carrying around excess weight.
