Smoking was a great excuse to take ten minutes to myself and wind down a little, and the mild rush from the nicotine was definitely part of that. I quit years ago but I still get the itch when I'm stressed out, but unable to address the stressor. Election season is a real problem.

It helped me focus, coffee and a smoke was the perfect study break in college (I was dealing with untreated ADHD at the time). For me, the hard part of quitting was that it's all tangled up with stress relief in my brain.

Quite evil, as it happens. Great movie, good balance of jump scares and "oh gross" horror. I would have liked a little more connection to the existing canon, but as an original story in an alternate Resident Evil universe, it felt right.
