My thing with this always is, what does the respondent think corruption in government means? If it’s Republicans/MAGA, they’re likely thinking it’s Democrats, so that skews the picture a bit. Similar to when they ask about voting suppression or democracy.

It's so wild how television is these days. Just randomly saw that 9-1-1 show (which has spawned a whole franchise!) is about to premiere its 10th season! I've not seen one episode. Looking at the top 10 rated shows in '25-'26, I've only *heard of* Will Trent and The Rookie, and seen NCIS, of course.

If there’s evidence of fraud or other financial crimes, let’s see it. But trying to denaturalize and deport a sitting member of Congress over mistakes a parent allegedly made on immigration forms when she was a child is immoral and reprehensible. We can’t stand for it.

I know his income doesn't work cleanly like this, but it's wild to consider that even with how much Musk has spent on trying to elect Republicans the past two election cycles, it's a fraction of his money. The hope, of course, is that his money, at least this election cycle, will be for naught.

It's not completely unprecedented for there to be a challenge to the citizenship qualifications of a member of Congress. Most have been rejected. In a couple of cases someone was unseated. All of them were decided by the House or Senate itself because that's what the Constitution explicitly says.

Abercrombie's book is an uproarious, thrilling, gory-as-hell (pun fully intended), and enticing opening salvo for a new fantasy-horror series. I genuinely laughed-out-loud at times, and then a page later, winced at the carnage. Good times with a magician, werewolf, vampire, elf, and others.

Trump is basically claiming that he pardoned a crook who didn't deserve it for purely political resasons. This alone is worthy of impeachment and removal; overall, Trump's abuse of power pardons are easy calls for legitimate impeachment and removal. Whether he brags about it or not.
