The `gravestone_material()` and `stone_material` are still using regular `bpy` so it might be worth saying explicitly to use nodebpy instead for those too

Great to see it working well. What approach are you using for actually interfacing with Blender / nodebpy? Interesting that it has still created a material the 'old fashioned way' but used nodebpy for the GN. Did you use the agent skill at all? github.com/BradyAJohnst...

Holy cow, nodebpy from @bradyajohnston.bsky.social gives Claude superpowers with blender. It can speak its native language. Geonode walls from a spline, gravestone generator, procedural ground, in just a few minutes. And unlike most ai-gen scenes, these are now tools that I can control and direct.

Proteins are always moving. They wiggle. They jiggle. They interact with their surroundings. That movement drives their function. Yet the motion stays mostly invisible. We cannot understand protein function, engineer it, or correct it until we can see the motion and predict it. prismscience.org

A YajL protein dimer is shown in green and yellow protein surfaces with an interfacial aspartate/glutamate low-barrier hydrogen bond displayed with mixed-valence orbitals, calculated using quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics for each amino acid. The low-barrier hydrogen bond in the center is highlighted.

Proteins are dynamic structures, but structural biology often shows them as static snapshots. Inspired by long-exposure photography and generative art, I built ProteinCHAOS, an artistic tool inspired by molecular dynamics to capture protein flexibility over time, much like long-exposure images.
