I fell for Manitoba Milling Company’s deceptive packaging and I feel like an idiot for missing the “Imported By” This flax milk isn’t Made In Canada or a Product Of Canada. It’s made from Canadian-grown flax that’s shipped elsewhere (most likely USA) then imported back into Canada

Another Canadian brand disappointment: wanted to switch back to Green Beaver deodorant but they’ve change the formula to include corn starch. It was literally the only Canadian made & owned deodorant that was effective, didn’t burn my skin, and was allergy-safe. And now it’s not

Checked on a Canadian shampoo company to see if their products were on sale bc I can’t find anything else domestically that’s allergy-safe, only to learn that they’ve used AI to rebrand AND they’ve discontinued the wavy hair all-in-one styling product. And the sale prices are still too expensive.

Via Rail is a fucking joke The staff are lovely, the trains are comfortable enough. But the system doesn’t work. My train to Kingston today got stuck just outside Kingston station bc we had to wait 1h20m for 4 trains to pass bc of a signal issue.
