The best thing about my healing journey is finally learning to disengage from trolls, button-pushers, and other unhealthy, toxic people. For example, if a person gets ruffled over a genuine question that I ask, and refuses to answer, then I'm free to ignore anything that they ask of me. 😎

These A.I. slop ads that I'm subjected to whenever I get on YouTube are pathetic. The only value they have is teaching me how to recognize A.I. slop accounts here on Bluesky. The number of them is amazing, as is the amount of followers, likes, and reposts they have. Bots love bots, don't they?

I ordered a new coffeemaker two weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 9th, but the shipment was delayed so it's supposed to be here tomorrow. A whole weekend without coffee is why I slept in so much, LOL And the headache! Caffeine deprivation is a real thing.

Since my washer and dryer are brand-new, I'm doing what I can to ensure that they stay clean and function well. For example, I leave the top open on the washer after each use so that it doesn't collect moisture and airs out properly.

Do my new upstairs neighbors make noise from time to time? Of course. That's a given. I only hear them when I'm home, which is over the weekend. This is a 3-day weekend, so I noticed them. Still, they aren't stomping around overhead at 2 or 3 a.m. They aren't stalking me.

The vertical window blinds make a huge difference. It's easier to block out blinding reflections from cars parked on the street, since the afternoon sun shines off the windows of those parked in a certain way. Much nicer!
