Black Fact: Students may not have been old enough to vote, but they still fought for voting rights. In 1960, college students organized sit-ins with SNCC, helping bring attention to voter registration and the fight for civil rights. Never underestimate the youth. They’ll clap back.

LatinX Fact: English isn’t the only language spoken in America. 🇺🇸 That’s why the federal government amended the Voting Rights Act to require translated voting materials in certain jurisdictions. Language shouldn’t be a barrier to understanding your ballot.
