I will always hate the phrase "money can't buy happiness." My partner and I are going through something, and our first course of action was cutting down on the food shop, and having to eat less. You know what would make me happy? Always having cash so I didn't have to worry about this happening.

I miss when you could buy barely functional junk and clip it onto your game console like some sort of life support system.

Ripley is holding an original Game Boy with a nuby game light plus clipped onto the front. It is illuminating the screen thanks to (another) four AA batteries. There is also a magnifying glass in front of the screen in case you need the screen to be 3% bigger, with a much narrower field of view.
