We @weatherapplied.com forecast #MNF #Broncos @ #Chiefs tonight with 91st percentile FG impact. Only 9% of games see wind move FGs more. The path indicates where wind moves a center-aim FG at each distance from 20-70 yds, northwest end zone. A 48 yd FG hits the left upright. Longer FGs miss left.

A project I've been working on over the last few years is developing a Sports Science "department" from the ground up at my D3 school. As of this semester, we have 7 interns who force plate test nearly every athlete and I developed a dashboard for storing and communicating data.

The Mariners drafted and developed their *entire* 6-man rotation, which is really cool! The weird part is: those pitchers *collectively* threw 7 innings in AAA before their MLB debuts as starters. An entire 6-man MLB rotation effectively skipped AAA, and Sloan is likely to do the same thing!

As a creator of this work, the *why* is more important than the ranking to begin with. I would just as soon never put a number next to a ranking again; context is king. If the person giving you a ranking cannot tell you why Player 1 is better or worse than Player 2, the ranking is meaningless.
