People keep asking why/how investors keep "falling for this" and the answer is, I think, that they don't. Investors aren't buying for the long term, they are buying for the short term. The plan is to buy, ride a small wave up, and sell. This is very bad and will cause a crash eventually.

Another study on youth transition that find that about 97% of all youth who says they're trans turn out to be. Only 1.1% who start HRT stopped it for any reason whatsoever. This is, like, the fifth youth transition study that I'm aware of, and all of their results have been identical.
