* works, except for the construction at the south end of city centre ave, the vehicles/surveyors in the bike lanes, pot holes, transition to dirt, a panel van that’s usually in the bike lane, etc. I jest, it’s better than if it didn’t exist, but the route feels like a dodgy afterthought 💀

Spring is refusing to arrive with any haste, so I’ve been learning glass blowing in the hot shop at the Ottawa Glassblowing Co-op this week. 🥵 Two days in: zero burns! ✅

I wish the dog could understand that if it's raining in the backyard, it'll be raining if we leave through the front door on a walk 😂. He was super reluctant to go into the rain to pee in the backyard, but thinks it will somehow be better on a walk (...we didn't make it far)

Weird #autowa moment while on a run today. Car at a stop sign stopped just as I was about to enter an intersection. Window rolled down, he sticks his hand out and yells at me to wait (presumably so he can turn). I remind him of the stop sign and tell him to fuck off. 😅
