Pretty sure my neighbors are using their apartment like a fuck pad or a gaming center. Or both. I'm not mad because it is silent at night. Completely. But 8AM, lunch time, or 4PM , they're yelling, banging around, people coming in and out. Then about 7, silence. Also, during FB games, all the noise
