I would go into non-PVP free roam in GTA4, and fire the RPG at peoples feet. The rocket didn’t do damage but they’d take slight damage when they hit the ground after the impact ragdolled them. The animation to get off the ground took longer than reloading, so I could keep firing until it killed them

I actually did this exact experiment with Chat GPT, asking it how to win the war with Iran and seeing if the advice given corresponds with any actions they take. The advice it gave was actually fairly nuanced and it favored a diplomatic approach. If they're asking chatbots for strategy, its not GPT
