Hot (probably) take: polyamory is not a queer identity. Yes, many of us are polyam. And yes, it's relating to sex and romance. And yes, it is considered atypical. However, unlike ace, polyamory is a choice. No one "comes out" as polyam, and treating it as a queer identity causes a lot of harm.

I loved Phil's presentation, as someone trying to get over the paranoia. I don't think I'll ever feel okay again, but I hope that more people understand that it's extremely common, not dangerous, not a sign of filth or poverty, and--if caught early enough--easier to get rid of than roaches.

hey fantastic news despite me calling five times to report a bed bug and requesting repeatedly for pest control to do some kind of preventative measure and being ignored 5 times, the inspection was for every other unit, to look at repairs. nothing else. they didnt even check for leaks.
