So Swinney was right! The Clarification: In a later Holyrood session, Swinney rephrased his attack, clarifying that the "loss" he referred to was a real-terms reduction compared to what pensioners would have received had the current triple lock policy been maintained.

There are no illegal migrants. The only illegal people are overstayers. Which is someone who's been refused asylum. Anyone coming into the country by boat, plane, bus or train (these examples are for effect) seeking asylum is legal. I wish people would stop saying illegal migrants when they're not.

Much of the cheaper foods are ultraprocessed. Therefore before we urge everyone to avoid them we must advocate for an economic system that makes the non processed foods more affordable and/or increase the average person’s affordability.
