For some reason Palantir was allowed into the NHS by the Tories. Even if these figures are correct, there is no evidence that other software companies couldn't have done the same or better. Stop playing on an emotional argument Watson.

Farage's tweet trying to score points by linking Fairford to asylum seekers once again reminds any reasonably intelligent voter that he is just a small minded, rather thick, irrelevant little man. Maybe hardened Reform voters will be impressed, but seriously, this idiot, a future PM?

Tr*mp blabbing his mouth off may have compromised intelligence sources. The Brits fed the story this was just a spontaneous sighting of vehicles near Fairford, yet the moron claimed, "We had them under investigation It may have been Scotland Yard, I don’t know, had them under view for a long time".

These weeks rural Italy wakes up to the clattering of the grape picking machines. Then everyone in rural Italy struggles to get to work because thousands of slow moving tractors are busy back and forth taking the grapes to the communal Cantina for processing. These bunches near Bardolino look ready.

Glad to see Burnham getting involved in some serious foreign policy. He has a hard act to follow, because whatever Starmer's faults no one can deny that he built up good relationships with leaders such as Macron, Tusk and Merz, and of course Zelenskyy. I hope Burnham can build on that work.

Finally, someone brave enough to talk UP Freedom of Movement. The Tories successfully persuaded British voters that it was like some kind of disease inflicted on the UK which needed to be eradicated. Without the term FoM being detoxified there is no chance of SM membership let alone joining the EU.

So Burnham lost the Labour leadership election in 2010 (to Ed Miliband), lost again in 2015 (to Corbyn), ran away to Manchester to avoid doing the hard graft of picking up the pieces of the party, let others win a GE with a massive majority, and now waltzes back as a self-appointed messiah. Tosser.
