I do think we are at a tipping point now where Delo and Harborne should demonstrate (i) when they registered to vote abroad, (ii) in the UK and (iii) how much time they have spent out of the country over the last few years. They will have this information. Out with it.

I'm incredibly frustrated by the failure to complete the Loco Works link road in good time. I'm in continual dialogue with Bolton Council, the master developer and landowner to try and resolve the ongoing issues to ensure the road can be completed and congestion on Chorley New Road can be eased.
