This is an AMAZING bait and switch. Musk sold investors on the idea to support his $1T pay package because for him to get the money the company would have achieve things like 20M vehicles/yr, 1M Optimus robots, or 1M robotaxis in operation. But in case of a merger, those requirements vanish.
