Awhile back, I told my psychiatrist that if the US ruling classes went to war with Venezuela that I was going to start teaching people how to break tracks from armored vehicles. Now, we’re at war with Iran and strangling Cuba and Venezuela (even more so) economically. When will the relief come?

Finally making my way through Michael Parenti’s “Assassination of Julius Caesar”. I read various works from Cicero, Pliny the Elder, the Gracchi brothers, and Julius Caesar because imperial Rome is a common symbol for military expansionism. It is interesting to see a class analysis of the times.
