A month in four photos. September 2026. #FourPhotosOneMonth 1. bus stop - troon 2. scape - calpe 3. pocket - greenock 4. stairs - valencia
High contrast black and white photograph centered on a glowing glass bus shelter standing along a quiet suburban road. Bright light illuminates the interior glass panes of the shelter, revealing faint graffiti and bus schedule postings framed by dark structural guidelines. The surrounding environment, including lowrise residential houses and surrounding trees in the background, as well as three wooden bollards in the grassy foreground is cast in deep shadow and silhouetted against a clear sky. The scene carries a stark, quiet, and moody atmospheric tone. A high contrast black and white photograph framing a dramatic coastal scene in a square format. On the left side, a massive, sheer rock cliff face towers vertically with detailed, craggy stone textures. Rocky boulders occupy the foreground below. To the right, calm open water stretches toward a bright horizon where sunlight pierces through heavy, dark rain clouds overhead, casting subtle light rays onto the sea surface. A single small boat is silhouetted on the water in the distance, emphasizing the vast scale of the seascape. The image carries a dramatic, moody, and serene atmosphere.A high contrast black and white photograph in a square format focusing on the metal spiral of a corkscrew, positioned vertically in the center of the frame against a dark, seamless background. Soft, directional side lighting catches the curved metallic edges, creating bright linear highlights along the top of each coil while casting the undersides and body in deep shadow. The minimalist composition emphasizes shape, metallic luster, and dramatic tonal contrast.High contrast black and white street photograph featuring wide outdoor stone stairs rising diagonally across the frame under a clear sky. On the left, a silhouetted figure in dark clothing walks near the top of the flight. On the right, a person in a patterned summer dress walks down along a bright white concrete retaining wall topped with a stone section and metal handrail. Deep geometric shadows obscure the bottom foreground steps, emphasizing strong diagonal lines, sharp light, and urban architectural structure.

Last day of the last ever Shitty Camera Challenge so going to finish with the last(ish) image on the film. 📷 Ilford Pixie 35-II 🎞 Expired Fujifilm Superia (03/2003) #ShittyCameraChallenge
The side of a factory on an industrial estate near Vagueira. A pattern painted long low building. In the centre of the frame are several tall cylinders, probably storage silos. The way the lens works, the silos are in focus (ish) while the rest of the frame is filled with a radial blur.

A black-and-white photo looking into an abandoned storefront in a ghost town. There's an old wooden rocking chair in the bottom left corner. A white dress hangs from a screen with a diamond wood pattern near the middle. It's next to a wooden gramophone cabinet. There's a wooden chest that's open next to that. And on the far right side, you can see a bit of an old wood-burning stove. At the top of the photo above the screen in the back, you can see the reflection of a conifer forest.
