The Pentax Optio I-10 doesn't have a monochrome mode so you can only use colour images together with the colour filters. So that's what I did, and frankly this digital aerochrome came out great! #ShittyCameraChallenge #TrichromeEverything

A digital aerochrome of my favourite trees and well taken with a Pentax Optio I-10 digital camera with blue, green and infrared filters. The I-10 is a 12MP resolution camera, so technically it's compliant with the Shitty Camera Challenge. But I can't help feeling the Elder Gods are getting a bit soft.

Currently tidying up and making a record of the cameras in the display cabinet. I think this is my favourite shelf on the digital camera side so far (on the analogue side it's going to be the Rapid camera shelf, I know it).

End if phase 1. Cameras transferred to the cabinet. Gone from umpteen boxes and cases to three nicely packed cases and one 'project box'. Next step is to sort out all the accessories, filters, etc., then go through the cabinets and remove the straps and cases. Finally is the lights.

In a bid to display the camera collection in a slightly more professional manner, I invested in a couple of display cabinets. They look quite good now, eh?

Two black-framed glass display cabinets (Blåliden from IKEA with extra shelves). Mounted on shelves in the left cabinet is a circuit bent G6 Thumb Camera and a black Holga. In the right cabinet is a circuit bent action scamera. The rest of the shelves are empty.

A tall, rusty "teepee burner" formerly used to burn mounds of sawdust from harvesting pine forests in Montana. The photo is very grainy and colors are inaccurate due to the age of the film used. The teepee burner is now at a sculpture garden in Lincoln, Montana and hosts small concerts with local musicians.

It was a bright sunny day on the first day of the Shitty Camera Challenge, conditions that the circuit bent G6 Thumb Camera doesn't really cope well with. We took it anyway. #ShittyCameraChallenge
