AI companies (of which there are nearly a 100 in US right now as listed in Wikipedia) believe they are not responsible for the harm caused when their AI “goes rogue” or in real words “are directed to hack another entity.” Um, no. Owners are criming. Owners should be jailed and heavily fined.
