The gameplay of games like Galley House, TR-49, and Obra Dinn automatically put you at a distance from the story because it's a metanarrative. There are ways of bridging that emotional gap, but it's still a bigger leap than being a direct participant 100

My main complaint is that the story and dialogue work in ways that made it hard to connect emotionally as much as I wanted. 200
