Eumaeus was of royal birth, abducted from the island of Syros as a child, and sold to King Laertes, but was raised with kindness as a brother to Odysseus. (Maybe acknowledgement of paternity issues?) This is why 'Zeus's Law' (Xenia) is paramount to Eumaeus. 1243

One point brought up was the colour palette being very Nolan and not so Ancient Greece. I loved the film but definitely wish it had been vibrantly coloured. It’s very grey. 3125
