I think it's bad that kids simply *riding* e-motos are viewed as problematic. What about the high schoolers I see driving trucks and overpowered cars? Or parents in giant SUVs? Both of which are more dangerous. No, no, the kids on e-motos are the real scourge.

Why are dirt bikes being ridden to middle school? How is that allowed?

Restricting Right Turn on Red movements is a direct application of the Safe System approach at the heart of Vision Zero. It has been recommended repeatedly in Nashville's own planning work, including the 2022 Vision Zero Action Plan and 2024 Connect Downtown Action Plan.

We have now lost the lives of 87 people this year due to traffic violence. 28 pedestrians, 2 bicyclists, 15 motorcyclists, and 42 people in vehicles. Last month alone, 31 other pedestrians and 7 cyclists were struck by vehicles on our roadways.

We have officially made it thru the driest September on record (and 2nd hottest). BNA only recorded a Trace of rain during the entire month - something that has only happened one other time (October 1963). Severe Drought now covers all of Davidson and Cheatham, with Moderate Drought elsewhere.
