i'm kinda lukewarm on prop 40 and my stance on CA ballot propositions is "default no unless enthusiastic", but the 41 and 42 poison-pill counter propositions are so egregiously bad that i might might vote yes on 40 out of spite

not to give the dealers any credit, but again, if you *know* it's a weird one-year-only car, and you're on the hook to do warranty service... why would you want to sign both the customer *and yourself* up for the pain of awful parts availability?
