Crediting Trump for India-UK FTA is rank amateur, at best. A significant majority of the agreement was concluded a long time ago with only some key areas of priorities for both sides outstanding. As a lawyer, I cannot imagine the depths being plumbed by the SCOTUS through this case.. This is putting aside any political views. It is purely unconscionable and breaking every tenet of the rule of law and due process. Any lawyer, nay human, with any shred of dignity would not stand for it.
