She once said that she didn’t need to be the smartest person in the room, and neither did we - we all had strengths in different areas. (I am IT, so I have to serve and protect them from themselves) Try to leverage text chat more, there is less ambiguity as all the body language/signals are not there. Just the task and the comms. 020
