Something like 6 months ago, I cut my consumption in half. I went from 4-5 packs a week to 2-3. I'm gonna try to slice that in half. A cigarette every 2 hours. True break style.

Facing that I need to quit smoking has been an uphill battle, but a couple friendly nudges helped pushed me over the top. 20 years as a smoker. I had 3 solid years where I stopped,;and then chose to dive back in. Except, back then, I didn't really think I had reason not to.
