I discuss weight/eating/ED (some of which as it relates to transition) type stuff in the alt text of these two blank/black images.

I think I have reached the extent of what weight gain can do to cover up my breast development. I'm back up to my average adult weight, but this also means I am once again out of shape.

For the first time in well over a year, I can hear the exasperation in my breathing. I had Popeye's last night, so my body is unusually taxed, but it is still alarming.

I've reached the point where if I keep gaining weight, I will cease to fit into more and more clothing, and that is an expense that I have to factor in. Dieting is expensive, but so is not being able to fit into the clothes you already own.

So, I need to continue to avoid eating out, and eat what's available at home (my folks got Popeye's - that's never a choice I make on my own), but I gotta stop the sweet-snacking. I gotta steer away from the carb-heavy foods, sugar sodas, etc.

I never get joy from treats anyway. They just make me hate myself.

I got a lot closer to joy when I was at that lower weight. I could fit into clothes from years ago.

I mentioned ED, and my personal affliction is, and has been, overeating. I will binge and just keep eating and not feel full, ever. And I never cease to eat after a binge. It just continues. I don't eat for joy at all. I eat my feelings.

When I was dieting, I helped curb this by the choices of what I ate. Virtually no sweets or breads made a ton of difference. The reduction of fried and processed foods meant that my organs and body in general felt a lot healthier, and this was reflected in my blood testing.

I will add that I am 6'3 and have a big appetite, and that was still true when at that lower weight. I still ate much more than the average person. A ton of calories. The choices of calories were simply different.

There was never a point where I starved myself. My problem has only ever been at the opposite of the spectrum.

I should also add that my normal mode of eating yielded high cholesterol, for which I required a prescription, and has yielded high triglycerides in the past.

This was why I was so defensive and upset when people showed immediate concern for my weight loss in the first 6-12 months of my transition.

If they knew or understood my health problems with eating and binging, they would understand that it was merely a matter of harm reduction in my diet that loss that 80 lbs.

Yes, it around 80 lbs. I was at the heaviest I ever was. I could not take stairs without wheezing. It felt terrible, beyond not liking what I saw in the mirror.

If people truly believe in Health at all Sizes, then they need to stop assuming that weight loss is automatically a negative or a sign of an eating disorder. It can, in fact, be the opposite.

Just as one should not assume that weight gain is automatically a negative or the sign of an eating disorder.

Understand that bodily autonomy applies here too, especially since the consequences of my eating disorder - which loses me autonomy - yield the results I do not want in my own body.

Anyway, I want to start eating healthier again. I can't control too much what my folks have at home here, but I can make better choices on what I eat or snack on. I can go back to burrito bowls and salads.

I know what's best for me and what feels best, and those are the same thing.

It's good! Very pink tasting! No special cup (BOOOOOO) but it tastes so pink it almost like you walked into a spray of fruity perfume.

Bluesky doesn't permit scams, but does permit Palestinians and pro Palestine speech. Social media companies can set standards for how they moderate content. Molly Shah is still posting, she just can't post requests for people to commit financial crimes.

I asked important questions about how something that has to happen happens. I want you to disregard all of that and follow me to the conclusion that we can fix this by voting.

I mean, this is a military coup? Who would step in? Do they hand the reins to Vance? How much violence would happen during the aftermath? I get that him not being president is an obvious benefit here but is that really reasonable vs just voting him and the cabal out in shame?
