We Watch is calling for a postponement of the nationwide Social Security Board elections due to the flooding situation across Thailand. Many voters especially in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Ayutthaya provinces cannot safely get to the polling stations.
The three demands include:

1. Request to postpone the election of the Social Security Board nationwide, setting a new, clear election date so that all eligible persons can exercise their rights equally and safely, using the power according to Regulation 6(7).

2. We urge a decision and announcement to be made as soon as possible, as time remaining before the election is limited.

3. Clear and consistent communication with the public is requested to allow eligible individuals sufficient time to receive information.

A 24yo man in Tokyo charged with taking upskirt shots tried to argue that he committed a lesser crime in two cases because...wait for it...the victims wore inner shorts. The court wasn't impressed and sentenced him to three years for that and two counts of sexual indecency.
Screenshot of a Japanese-language Asahi Shimbun article dated September 14, 2026. The headline says a court ruled that inner shorts "count as underwear" in a voyeurism case, rejecting the defendant's argument. A photo shows the courthouse sign on the building that houses the Tokyo District and High Courts. The visible text says the 24-year-old defendant committed seven voyeurism offenses targeting up women's skirts in Tokyo between July 2024 and April 2025, and that two of the victims wore inner shorts under their skirts, so their underwear wasn't directly visible.

The Onion plans to turn Infowars into a comedy site with satirical echoes of the fringe conspiracy theories that Mr. Jones is known for. Tim Heidecker, one of the comedians behind “Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!” on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, has been hired to serve as “creative director of Infowars.” He said he initially plans to parody Mr. Jones’s “whole modus operandi.”

Mr. Heidecker has been working on his impression of Mr. Jones. But eventually, when that joke gets old, Mr. Heidecker said that he hoped to turn Infowars into a destination for independent and experimental comedy.

“I just thought it would be just a beautiful joke if we could take this pretty toxic, negative, destructive force of Infowars and rebrand it as this beautiful place for our creativity,” Mr. Heidecker said in an interview. During a recent trip to Philadelphia, he traveled to the Liberty Bell to film a video in character as the new creative director of Infowars.
